Health & safety and well-being at work As a responsible employer, Neopost aims to prioritize the well-being of its staff, ensure that they develop professionally and personally, and foster a collaborative way of working. These commitments are formalized in the group's Code of ethics, implemented in all entities. The Group focuses on issues such as work/life balance with a rise in the roll-out, for example, of teleworking, the right to disconnect, the

prevention of psycho-social risks through training in particular, and regular monitoring of staff commitment. Ensuring that its staff enjoy a quality of life based on the health and safety of each individual is a fundamental duty undertaken by all the entities within the Group. Neopost provides its employees with safe, risk-free workplaces, and does not tolerate any form of harassment, intimidation, threat or violence.

Focus on teleworking For several years now, the Group has offered employees the option of working remotely (teleworking) and adopting flexible working hours in certain units, as long as this remains compatible with the nature and purpose of their duties and complies with local laws. Over 50% of units offer their staff teleworking to encourage an enhanced work/life balance. Neopost France, Neopost Industrie SA and Neopost Technologie SA, Neopost Australia, Neopost AG, Neopost Technologies Limited, Neopost Denmark, Neopost Services, Neopost Germany, DCS, ProShip, Neopost Ltd, NISL and Quadient have all adopted this policy. 8.5% of Neopost USA’s workforce are teleworkers.

Neopost USA’s NeoFit Programme For the 7 th consecutive year, Neopost USA has been awarded by the "Healthy Workplace Employer Recognition Program" of the Fairfield County Business Council, Connecticut, which acknoledges certain outstanding achievements of businesses and organisations in implementing their employee health and well-being programs. In 2018, Neopost USA won first prize with its in-house programme NeoFit. This program informs company employees about what is available at Neopost USA and provides them with the opportunity to take part in its various health and well-being activities. Neopost USA has also once again been awarded the " Healthy Workplace Award" by the "American Heart Association". The entity also offers its staff “wellness webcasts” throughout the year.
