Talents attraction and retention Neopost’s human capital, the men and women that comprise it, is essential to the Company’s success and the main driver of its performance. In order to recruit and retain the best talents in its key business areas, the Group aims to provide its employees with an attractive work environment that encourages them to take initiatives and work together to fulfil its mission: achieving sustainable growth for all Neopost's internal and external stakeholders. These commitments are formalized in the Group's human resources processes implemented in all entities.

The energy and motivation of Neopost's staff is a key link in its value creation chain. the Group measures the commitment of its employees to develop action plans as necessary at divisional level, to strengthen its employer identity and to build loyalty within the business.

Recruitment of new staff 815 people joined the Group under permanent and fixed-term contracts during the 2018 financial year • As of 31 January 2019, 94.4% of staff have a permanent contract • Employees on temporary contracts accounted for 3.6% of the Group’s total workforce • The staff turnover rate (a) is 13.9% • The absenteeism rate remains stable at Neopost. Recruiting talent Neopost is in regular contact with local schools and universities. For example, Quadient regularly cooperates with universities and local high schools in the Czech Republic, and some staff have run classes, organized IT events and BarCamps , participatory workshops related to new technologies and where content is proposed by the participants, notably at the university of Hradec Králové. Quadient particularly seeks to attract millennials to the developer function as part of its digital activities.

improvement in the organization, in 2017 the Group launched a new engagement survey, in partnership with the "Supermood" start-up, for calculating an "Employee Net Promoter Score". Only one question is asked every quarter to the staff worldwide to assess their view of the Group and their working environment. At the same time, staff at subsidiaries respond anonymously to surveys specific to their entity or division. The results are used to draw up action plans promoting the development of well-being at work as well as employee satisfaction on a daily basis. This initiative is a vital component of dialog in the Group. The results of this survey enable the Group’s management, as well as management of the various divisions and their entities, to identify and understand the various staff motivation and satisfaction
