Non-financial risk analysis At the same time as the materiality analysis presented above, Neopost also mapped out its non-financial risks to complete the risk analysis already carried out by the Group’s internal control department. Initially, it involved identifying which materiality matrix challenges presented risks or opportunities likely to most affect Neopost’s ability to create value in the short-, medium- and long-term. These risks, already identified during the materiality exercise with members of the Group’s Executive Committee, were also assessed by a committee made up of members of the internal

control department, the investor relations department and the Group’s quality and CSR department. Each risk was assessed according to the following two axes: severity in terms of impact on the Group (reputation, • regulatory compliance, operating costs, revenues); and

the likelihood that the risk may occur. •

The assessment also took into account each risk’s control level to determine whether the actions already undertaken are sufficient given the Group’s ambitions and objectives.
