MARCH ■ Launch by La Banque Postale of Impact credit . The index linking of its rate on the company’s ESG performance allows the most virtuous companies to access less expensive financing. ■ Renewal of the signature of the Responsible Supplier Relations Charter ■ Launch of the project to strengthen the group-wide responsible purchasing approach and the certification process within the La Poste SA, La Poste Immobilier, La Banque Postale SA and CNP Assurances scope ■ Launch of the School of Data and AI ■ Launch by La Banque Postale of 115K, a venture capital fund ■ La Banque Postale is recognised for its innovation in customer strategy and for its local presence, with its customer service located entirely in France. “Lucy”, first callbot deployed in France, won the gold medal in the Selfcare & Chatbot category at the CX Awards, which reward the most innovative organisations in terms of customer strategy.

JULY/AUGUST ■ Acquisition by La Poste Immobilier of Multiburo, a major co working player in France, Belgium and Switzerland SEPTEMBER ■ Signing of the Responsible Supplier Relations and Purchasing Charter NOVEMBER ■ Publication of the Responsible Purchasing Policy on the group’s website ■ DPD France won the Customer Service Award of the Year for the third consecutive year, in the mail and parcel delivery category. This election highlights DPD’s commitments to serving its customers. DECEMBER ■ La Banque Postale and Project Syndicate launch the first “Sustainability Book Award” . ■ Everyone mobilised! La Poste reaffirms its commitment to the Téléthon.
