Structured governance 1 LA POSTE GROUPE PROFILE AND STRATEGY ■
Strategic Purchasing Committee (eleven meetings per year) Composition: Group Finance Department, Group Purchasing Department, Legal Department, specifiers according to the files. Mission: validate the purchasing strategies prior to launches according to the various purchasing categories. Activity in 2022: operational files (IT, transport logistics, services, etc.). CODHA (eleven meetings per year), composed of the Group Purchasing Department (lead) and subsidiary purchasing departments Missions: governance of the sector and coordination of subsidiary projects and pooled operations. Activity in 2022: coordination of responsible supplier relations and purchasing certification. La Poste Purchasing Committee (eleven meetings per year) Composition: the group Head of Purchasing (pilot), the group Head of Legal Affairs and Compliance, and a member of the General Economic and Financial Control Department. Mission: ■ ensure that La Poste’s purchasing rules are complied with, particularly in terms of fair treatment; ■ submits an annual report to the Board of Directors, presenting the inclusion of sustainable development criteria. Activity in 2022: 29 files examined for an amount of €1,714 million. France Customer Distribution Coordination Committee (new in 2022 - one meeting in 2022) Composition: the Consumer and Digital Services business unit, La Banque Postale, the Services-Mail-Parcels and GeoPost/DPDgroup business units, the group’s Strategy Department and Societal Commitment Department. Missions: ■ prioritise projects and their promotion in communication to strengthen the appeal of the La Poste brand; ■ organise cooperation between business units around the improvement of the customer experience and multi-activity distribution with a priority on banking. Circular Economy Strategic Working Group (two to four meetings per year) Composition: the group Societal Commitment Department and Strategy Department (both in charge of co-ordination), the group’s European and International Relations Department, the CSR Departments of the business units and subsidiaries, representatives of the business units and subsidiaries. Mission: build, develop and monitor the progress of the group’s strategic roadmap on the circular economy; strategic, regulatory and innovation watch; share progress and obstacles and deepen possible synergies between the group’s business units. Activity in 2022: circular economy of IT equipment, eco-organisations, e-retailers, special circular economy mid-round in the green axis of the strategic plan, sharing of the waste management internal audit. Group Biodiversity Committee (new in 2022 - one meeting in September - will meet four times a year) Composition: all of the group’s business units, the group Purchasing Department and La Poste Immobilier. Missions: ■ establish a diagnosis of the pressures exerted by the group on biodiversity; ■ formalise the group’s biodiversity policy; ■ formalise the group’s roadmap for 2022/2023 and monitor it. Activity in 2022: definition of the group’s biodiversity roadmap in line with the group’s biodiversity policy and preparation of a partnership agreement with the French Bird Protection League. EU Taxonomy Committee (new in 2022 - four plenary meetings) Composition: the Heads of the Financial Communication, Financial Control, Strategy and Societal Commitment Departments. Mission: integration of new regulatory requirements, with triple expertise (sector, accounting and ESG). Activity in 2022: preparation of the items expected under the regulations, published in the Universal Registration Document (see pages 178 to 183). Climate Fresco Committee - (new in 2022 - eight meetings in 2022) Composition: managed by the Societal Commitment Department, it brings together the Services-Mail-Parcels, Consumer and Digital Services and La Banque Postale business units and Institut Groupe. Missions: ■ manage and coordinate the deployment to achieve the set ambition, validated by the Executive Committee; ■ lead the community of internal facilitators; ■ communicate about this programme. Youth Integration Steering Committee - (eight committees in 2022) Composition: managed by the Societal Commitment Department, it brings together the HR departments of the Services-Mail-Parcels, Consumer and Digital Services and La Banque Postale business units, Corporate, as well as the group employer brand and the representative of the Youth GAP. Missions: coordinate and manage the deployment of fourth-year middle school interns and share news on the integration of young people. Activity in 2022: construction of the action plan for the reception of fourth-year middle school interns, testing of new partnerships (including Tous en stage), monitoring of the progress of the Youth GAP, launch of pilots with historical partners (Écoles de la deuxième chance, local missions and Formaposte). Inter-Business Unit Skills-Based Sponsorship Committee - (new in 2022 - eight meetings in 2022) Composition: managed by the Societal Commitment Department, it brings together the voluntary business units and subsidiaries: the Consumer and Digital Services business unit, the Services-Mail-Parcels business unit, La Banque Postale, GeoPost/DPDgroup, BPE and CSMSI. Missions: ■ share the actions related to the development of the programme; ■ report on the experiences of volunteers and associations; ■ coordinates to best develop actions. Actions in 2022: Sharing of the 2022 assessment, preparation of 2023 actions: WCUD, communication, etc.
