2.2.4.3 Individual protection insurance In 2023, everyday accident insurance (GAV) saw very strong growth, with new production greater than in 2022 despite the difficult environment caused by inflation and the introduction of sub ‑ annual termination on the market. With the aim of maintaining this momentum over the long term, the Group undertook a project in 2023 to develop its GAV offering, resulting in a new product, which was launched at the very end of the year. In addition, in the farmer and professional markets, Groupama has continued to improve its underwriting process for work stoppage and disability risks by digitalising the medical selection process. The reviews in 2023 show that this digital tool has been well integrated into the sales teams’ approach, helping to simplify the customer experience. Group insurance For Groupama, the fiscal year was characterised by strong growth in group protection and health insurance and continued commercial development in savings/pensions, particularly with brokers in the Gan Eurocourtage network. Our protection and health insurance contracts offer highly appreciated services, an undeniable way to stand out in the market. Groupama Gan Vie created a subsidiary, Welii, to better help our corporate clients implement initiatives for quality of life at work, prevention, and well ‑ being and has continued its development by facilitating access to these beneficial services for our customers, HR Departments, and employees. As a strategic priority for the Group, group retirement and employee savings continued to grow across all Group distribution networks, with significant growth in retirement revenue from regular premiums. Our policyholders, HR Departments, and business leaders want an easier, faster customer experience. 2.2.4.5 Employee savings Groupama Épargne Salariale is the Group subsidiary dedicated to employee savings. Its solutions are offered to companies regardless of their size and business sector and are mainly distributed by the regional mutuals, Gan Assurances, Gan Eurocourtage, and Gan Prévoyance. Groupama Epargne Salariale represents 18,000 customer companies, 140,000 savers, and more than €1.8 billion in assets under management. In 2023, Groupama Épargne Salariale confirmed its strong growth momentum, with a 31% increase in the number of companies with employee savings schemes compared with the previous year. These excellent figures reflect the greater commitment of the networks and the quality of the offering. Groupama Épargne Salariale has been committed to constantly improving its services and products to build long ‑ term relationships with its customers, partners, and employees of the Group over the last 20 years. In October 2023, Groupama Épargne Salariale launched a conversational tool based on generative AI technology, a first in the employee savings market. Directly integrated into Teams, this conversational tool answers employees’ questions about employee savings to save them time in their day ‑ to ‑ day research. The quality of Groupama Épargne Salariale’s offerings was recognised by receiving, for the 14 consecutive year, the Label of Excellence awarded by Dossiers de l’Épargne. This label is awarded by experts to the best policies on the market. In addition, assets under management in SRI (Socially Responsible Investment) certified funds offered by Groupama Épargne Salariale and Groupama Asset Management represent nearly 90% of total assets under management. th retirement customer areas are being developed with new features to present the best user experience. The quality of the Group’s support for its customers is at the heart of our concerns. Lastly, the Group continued to modernise its management and services back offices.
