Workplace healthcare and safety
127 employees were absent for three or fewer days, i.e. 29.8% ■ of employees (compared to 28.5% last year), in line with the objective of 30%. The total number of days of absence are declining The sick leave rate was 2.7%, down by 21% thanks to ■ the decrease by half of the number of days off for long-term illness (greater than 100 days) Sick days averaged 9.8 days off per employee (annual FTE) ■ compared with 12.5 days in 2016. 4.9% decrease in the number of employees on sick leave ■ There were 4 workplace accidents in 2017 ■ Recognition of an occupational illness resulting from repetitive tasks 4 agreements and two amendments were signed in 2017 for: the term of office of the employee representatives; ■ job classification and career management; ■ the mandatory annual salary negotiation; ■ the integration of Eurosic and standardization of the collective ■ status; job management and career development. ■ 64 Ordinary and Extraordinary Meetings were held with the Works ■ Council (WC), the staff representatives and members of the CHSCT (Health, Security and Working Conditions Committee) as were meetings to follow up on the various company agreements The WC was consulted 18 times about work organization ■ projects, strategic orientations and regulatory points The outcome of the experiment was positive for the ■ 24 employees involved and their managers. However, the ntegration of the Eurosic teams and organizational changes prevented continuation of the experiment 33 employees on indefinite-term contracts work under ■ this system Employees used 5 places in day care under the parenthood ■ charter 18.4% of employee expenses were dedicated to the ■ profit-sharing scheme Individual bonuses accounting for 13.5% of employee expenses ■ Distribution of 53,810 performance shares to 93 beneficiary ■ employees
