QUALITY OF LIFE AT WORK 7.7.3 Gecina is aware of the strenuous work positions experienced by some of the building staff and that the requirements of their job are high. It therefore maintains an ongoing dialogue with employee representative bodies to: improve the quality of life at work for employees; ■ prevent workplace accidents and occupational illnesses; ■ provide motivating compensation aligned with the ■ company’s objectives and individual results.

In addition, Gecina adheres to ILO principles incorporated in French social law (such as the elimination of forced labor and the abolition of child labor) for its own employees and shares its requirements in its relations with its suppliers and subcontractors (see 7.6.4 “Sustainable relation with suppliers”). The commitments undertaken under the Global Compact are reflected in the specific measures presented below.
