Organization of working hours 7.7.3.1 Work-time and the organization of work are defined in a company-wide agreement for the two major categories of employees: managers (excluding senior management) who are not ■ subject to regulations governing work-time): until December 31, an annual fixed number of 206 days with 17 days in lieu in addition to 30 annual vacation days; non-management employees: variable collective work ■ time of 37 hours 30 minutes based on an average weekly schedule of 35 hours or annual set number of 1,567 hours in the event of frequent travel. Allocation of 15 days in lieu in addition to 30 annual vacation days. Health, safety and absenteeism of 7.7.3.2. employees In 2015, the Property Risks Department finalized “the comprehensive workplace risk prevention assessment” for the head office. The purpose of this document is to inventory and identify all risks that could affect the safety of all employees and to recommend actions to mitigate these risks. This document is updated on a regular basis. Of the six factors identified and taking effect since July 1, 2016, Gecina was only concerned with the “strenuous work positions” factor. This factor was removed from the prevention system since October 1, 2017. Measurement of exposure to this risk will no longer be required. No collective agreement on occupational health and safety has been signed in 2017.

The study based on the annual Ayming Consulting barometer shows that absenteeism at Gecina is much less than the French average. The study uses 2016 data.

Four work accidents were reported in 2017, down by 20% compared to 2016. The rate of frequency also fell by 18.3%. None of the accidents required workplace accident prevention training provided for by company agreement.

2017 work accidents resulted in 154 lost work days (commuting accidents excluded) compared to 22 days in 2016. This increased the severity rate to 0.22 compared to 0.03 in 2016. The increase was primarily due to a single case which totaled 129 days.
