portfolio by going from an average climate-adjusted consumption of 506 kWhPE/m2 to 466 kWhPE/m2 between 2016 and 2017, a decrease of 9% in one year. 12 of these buildings benefited from special measures (insulated networks, reduced ventilation flows, optimization of setpoints, etc.), as part of the PIAP, with energy savings of 7%, or more than 7 million kWh of primary energy. Energy costs for offices, all uses included, amounted to €9,993,785, or €14/m 2 . Actions implemented to improve energy performance in this portfolio generated total savings of €711,375 for the tenants. In 2017, 14 buildings were retro-commissioned, the effectiveness of which will become known in 2018. In 2016, the retro-commissioning carried out on 24 buildings led to a reduction in energy consumption of 12%. In 2017, average energy consumption of the offices portfolio, including all uses, was 463 kWhPE/m2, approaching its target for 2020 of 430 kWhPE/m2. Buildings entirely operated by Gecina have already met the targets set for 2020 with 253 kWhPE/m2 excluding specific uses of tenants, and 424 kWhPE/m2 including all uses. Optimization between the needs of occupants and equipment operating times are both essential to improving the efficiency of buildings where control is shared or where the tenant has total control of operations. 17 buildings will start retro-commissioning in this regard in 2018. This year, 34 buildings (representing 60% of the surface area of commercial properties in operation and 61% of their energy consumption) have contributed to the efficiency of the
