QUANTITATIVE HUMAN RESOURCES INDICATORS FOR GROUPE BPCE Employment Total Group headcount Groupe BPCE’s total headcount at December 31, 2018 was 105,458 employees, 90% of whom work in France. The Banque Populaire banks accounted for 29% of the Group headcount, while the Caisse d’Epargne banks accounted for 33%. The total headcount fell 0.9% compared with 2017.
