93% of staff hold permanent contracts. Women remain a majority, representing 56% of staff on permanent contracts. The proportion of managers is over 45%, a figure that is steadily increasing each year. Headcount and recruitment by age group Under-35s make up 25% of permanent staff. This helps balance the overall age pyramid by paving the way for the gradual replacement of employees 55 and older (18% of permanent staff) who are due to retire over the next few years.
