Dividends

G.6.2

No dividends were paid in 2015, in 2016 and in 2017. During its meeting held on February 19, 2018 and considering the strategic priority given in 2018 to the development of the Company, the Board of Directors decided to propose at the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders not to distribute any dividend on the 2017 results. The Dividend policy is presented in Section B.4.6.
