Ownership of the Company’s shares in the past three years and free float

The free-float of the Group shares excludes stakes held by the reference shareholder, namely Atos SE holding 69.83% of the share capital. No other reference shareholder has announced its will to maintain a strategic shareholding in the Group’s share capital. Stakes owned by the employees and the management are excluded from the free float. To the Company’s knowledge and based on notices received by it, no shareholder (except Atos SE) hold 5% or more of the Company’s share capital and voting rights, as of the date of the registration of this Registration Document.
