To date, the Board of Directors has not predefined a dividend distribution policy. At its meeting on 9 April 2020, the Board of Directors' of Sopra Steria Group decided to propose to shareholders at the General Meeting of 9 June 2020 not to distribute a dividend for financial year 2019 and to allocate all of the available profit to "Retaining earnings", given the current context of the Covid-19 pandemic and in a spirit of responsibility. Dividends not collected before the five-year prescription period expires are paid to the French state.
