Corporate governance Compensation of the management and governing bodies

The quantifiable and qualitative variable compensation due for the 2021 fiscal year to the Chairman and Chief executive officer and the Chief operating officer (from January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021), and to the Chief executive officer (from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021) was determined by the Board of Directors at its meeting of February 24, 2022, on the proposal of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, as follows:

The amounts due in respect of the annual variable compensation for the 2021 fiscal year to the Executive Directors and shown in this table have been (2) calculated on a pro rata temporis basis from January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2021 for the annual variable compensation for 2021 due to the Chairman and Chief executive officer and to the Chief operating officer and from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 for the annual variable compensation for 2021 due to the Chief executive officer.
