existing shares (ODIRNANE) for a notional amount of 265 million euros representing 4,587,156 shares with a nominal value of 57.77 euros. This bond is traded on the “Freiverkehr” open market of the Frankfurt stock exchange

Moreover, the free share plans are described in note 10-4-2 of the consolidated financial statements in this universal registration document.
