Total headcount as of 31 January, 2022 without the headcount of the legal entities not included in the scope of the CSR (b) reporting, as described in the methodological note in the section 5.1.9. For CSR purposes, contractors supporting and developing the YayPay solution in Ukraine were included into the CSR Reporting Scope. Hires and departures within the internal mobility are not taken into account. (c) Absenteeism rate has been calculated in working days.
