THE DEVELOPMENT OF MOBILITY 2.2.1.4. AND CONNECTIVITY SERVICES DPEF.27 DPEF.36 Groupe PSAreached a new strategic milestone in its role as a mobilityservice supplier. In order to rise to new mobility challenges, Groupe PSA is continuingto roll out its “Pushto Pass”planwiththe constructionof a multi-services ecosystem. The Group’s strategy is to simplify mobility through sustainable, smart, safe and shared solutions, guaranteeing freedom of movement forall, isbeing demonstrated by: the launch of Free2Move,its new mobilityservicesbrandwhich n bring together all of itsconnectedandmobilityservice offerings; the acquisition of TravelCar, a startup offering peer to peer n carsharing,parkingandcar rentalsolutions; THE GROUP’S ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION POLICY AT THE INDUSTRIAL LEVEL The environmentalpolicyof the IndustrialDepartmentappliesto all industrialentitiesof the regionaldivisions.It aims to be amongthe best in termsof operationalefficiencyby 2025. This visionrequires all Groupplantsto embracethe “ExcellentPlant”concept,whichwill conducteachplantto the best level of performanceof efficiencyin all domains,on a par with the world’s leading car manufacturers. This policy addressesthe main environmentalaspectsof industrial activities,emissionto air (VOC and CO2), water consumptionand discharge, waste management, energy use and biodiversity management, in thecontext of continuous improvement. A solid andproven organisational structure TheGrouphasbeenengaged in proactiveenvironmental stewardship at its production, research and development sites, with a commitmentto ensuring that their operationscomply with local regulations,fully safeguardingthe surroundingnatural environment andthequalityof lifeof hostcommunities. the launch of Free2MoveBusinessSolutions.These servicesare n dedicated to corporate customers, with a connected fleet managementsystem(ConnectFleet),a carsharingservice(Fleet Sharing) and a consulting service in electro-compatibility (E-mobilityadvisor); a partnershipwith IBM as part of the Smarter cities project n currentlybeingrolledout in the NiceCôted’Azur,Lyon,Lille and Tours Metropolis,Gironde,Loire Atlantique,Val d’Oise, Seine et Marne, Yvelines andthe Wallonia (Belgium) region; the launchof the Free2Moveapp,a mobilityservicesplatformfor n sharing cars, scooters or bikes. The app is now available in 34 cities of 11 European countries (Germany, Italy, Austria, Sweden, United Kingdom, Spain, France, Belgium, Portugal, Netherlandand Denmark) and the USA (Portland, Seattle and Washington). The Free2Move app allows to use the services of around 50 operators. End 2019, the app was downloaded nearly 2,000,000 times. Environmental datareportinghasbeenin useforlongtime(1989)and, since 2015, is done with a new tool, which supplements and harmonizesGroupapplications usedin thisareaandallowsbuildinga strongdatabase of all environmental KPIs. Some 500 people actively participate in environmentalrisk and performance management. The Group has tried-and-testedorganisationalstructure in which eachfacilityhas an environmentalmanagercoordinatedcentrallyby a team of experts, with every employeecommittedto managing potential impacts at each stage of the process. This results in an effective and reliable Group environmental strategy. AutomotiveTrade TheGroupsite environmental policyis alsobeingrolledout at brand dealershipnetworks.The RetailDepartmentencourages its pointsof saletomanagetheirenvironmental aspects(water,energy,waste)so as to improveperformance. Since 2008, the Group has used an informationsystemto collect, monitor and consolidate environmental data from across its proprietarynetwork. Since 2016, a multi-year capital expenditure budgethas beenintroduced to maintainthe assetsposition,andalso to incorporatenewtechnologies uchas LEDlightingandthe energy self-sufficiency of buildings,andthusstreamline theenergyfootprint. An active certification policy DPEF.15 Automotivedivision Implementationof certifiedmanagementsystems started in 1999 and todayall productionplantsare ISO 14001certified,accordingto new standardentered into force in 2015. Kenitrawhich entered in productionenf of 2019 will be certified in the first half of 2020. Automotive industry cooperation agreements with Toyota, DongfengMotorCorp.,Mitsubishiin Russiaand Fiat in Italy are also certified.
