SITUATION AT31 DECEMBER 2019 Share capital amounted to €904,828,213 at 31 December 2019, divided into shares with a par value of €1 each. It is fully paid-up. Shares may be held in registered or bearer form, at the shareholder’s discretion. At 31 December 2019, the interest of each of the three main shareholders, namely Bpifrance (through its family Holding Company Lion Participations),Dongfeng Motor Group and the Peugeot family group (FFP, ÉtablissementsPeugeot Frères and Maillot 1),amounted to 12.23% each.

Pursuantto Article 11of the Companyby-lawscurrentlyin force,all the shares registeredin the name of a given shareholderfor two yearsor morequalifyfor a double voting right. At 31 December2019, a total of 353,282,107 sharescarried double voting rights. DongfengMotor Group and the companiesin the Peugeot family group(EPF,FFP andMaillot 1)hold221,244,440voting rights each. The sharepriceon 31 December 2019 was €21.30.
