l’augmentation des prêts accordés aux filiales de • 24,9millions d’euros et par le reclassement de la partie à court terme des prêts à long terme de Neopost Finance Ireland pour (169,2) millions d’euros. Un test de perte de valeur des actifs financiers a été effectué au 31 janvier 2019. Il a conduit à constater : la dépréciation intégrale des titres de Neopost Shipping • Holding Pty Ltd (filiale détenant Temando) pour 20,5millions d’euros ; la dépréciation des prêts accordés à Neopost Shipping • Holding Pty Ltd pour 26,0millions d’euros.

La variation annuelle de la valeur brute des immobilisations financières s’explique principalement par : l'augmentation de la participation dans Neopost Sverige AB • de 0,4 million d'euros ; l'augmentation de la participation dans Packcity SAS de • 0,8million d'euros ; la prise de participation dans X’Ange Capital 2 pour • 0,2million d’euros ; la prise de participation dans Partech Entrepreneur II pour • 0,6 million d’euros ;
