Initiatives for older employees Under the Agreementon Employmentand SWP signed in 2017, in line with the Agreementon Employmentof 2013, Natixis has set quantified targets and plans to implement mechanisms to promote the retention of older staff members and end-of-career adjustments. Natixis committed to maintaining at least a 12% representation rate of employeesaged 55 and older in its workforce,and to hire at least 5% of employeesaged 45 and older out of total annual hires. A part-time employment program for older staff, with support measures,and skills sponsorshipinitiativeswith associationsare available to employeesover 58. Since its inception in 2015, the skills sponsorshipprogram for older employeesprovides staff in Francewith opportunitiesto volunteertheir time over a period of at least one year (one day or two half-days per week) at one of 9 different associations. These associations support different causes, includingdisabilities,the environment,children'said and pre-professionalintegration. Initiatives for young employees In accordance with the Agreement on Employment and SWP, Natixis has also made commitmentsin favor of employeesunder 30, includinghiring them under permanentcontracts,developing work-studyprogramsand providingacclimationservices for new hires. In France, Natixis aims to hire at least 47% young employees, offer permanent contracts to 15% of work-study participants,

and hire the equivalentof 6% of its workforceunder work-study contracts. Natixis gives students and recent graduates opportunities to learn about the diversity of its professions and, to this end, participates in several forms and has established long-term partnershipspromotingcloselymonitoredrelationswith targeted schoolsand universities.
2017 Key Event Sponsorship agreement with Université Paris-Dauphine
In 2017, Natixis entered into a sponsorship agreement with the Paris-Dauphine Foundation and University to support the “Talents de l’Université” program. This program is designed for high-level artistic and athletic students and young entrepreneurs and adjusts their schedule to allow them to complete their studies while pursuing their artistic and athletic interests. This partnership has strengthened the relations maintained between Natixis and Université Paris-Dauphine for several years now, with Natixis serving as a partner of the Master's in Investment Banking and Capital markets since its inception.
Nearly 1400 work-study participants, 1200 interns (excluding short-term introductorywork placements) and 100 international corporatevolunteersworkedat Natixis in 2017. Professional integration and retention of employees with disabilities Since 2011, Natixis has been committed to a policy to promote the hiring, professional integration and retention of employees with disabilities.Championedby the MissionHandicapteam and its networkof experts in the businesslines, the policy has led to two company agreements, has strengthened cooperation with managementand deliveredtangibleresults. Keeping this initiative going over the long term, a third Disability agreementcoveringNatixis France for the 2017-2020periodwas signedwith all employeeunions. Natixis’commitmentsare as follows:
Promotingthe retention of employeeswith disabilities by a adapting positions and working conditions, and providing access to professional training. In 2017, Natixis implemented almost80 newdisabilitycompensationmeasures. Developinga hiring plan by participatingin specializedhiring a forums, establishing partnerships with schools and universities,and developingapplicationpools. In 2017, Natixis hired 20 employeeswith disabilities; Promoting the use of disability-friendly companies by a diversifying the list of approved services and partners. The number of calls for tender in this sector has significantly increased,primarilyby renewingco-contracting,on-site service and supplycontracts (see section 6.4.2) . Conducting communication and awareness-raising a campaigns for all Natixisemployees.
