ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY Internal mobilization and management of our direct impacts

Natixis participated in the third survey conducted by Financi’Elles (an industry federation of internal networks promoting diversity) on “Confidence and Diversity” given to managersin the banking, finance and insurancesector. 21% of Natixis’ male and female managers took part in the survey, which revealed that global perceptions are improving on the issues of diversity, but improvements still need to be made, particularly regarding stereotypes. Afterthe survey, the Senior ManagementCommitteecommittedto an action plan including the establishmentof a sponsorship program for high-potential womenby companydirectors. Natixis’ Senior Management supports the WINN (Women in Natixis Network) – a network created in 2012 of women in executivepositions.CEO LaurentMignonhas been the sponsor of WINNsince its inception. WINN promotes gender diversity within Natixis’ management and runs a women’s network that focus on various themes pertaining to professional and personal development.In 2017,

Winn had over 800 members, 400 of which internationally across the Winn Hong Kong, Winn London,Winn Americasand Winn Dubai networks, plus the newly created Winn Algeria network. Natixis Londonalso workswith “We are the City” and “Gender Network” to share best practices on gender equality. In Milan, Natixis belongs to a network promoting women's access to managementpositions(“ValoreD”). Other noteworthyinitiativespromotinggenderequality: When hiring in the United States, Natixis looks for applicants froma varietyof backgroundsto fill all types of positions. In the Asia-PacificRegion, Natixis refers to diversity and equal opportunity in all the handbooks across the region and in its inductionprocessas well. In Frankfurt, the bank helps female employees find spaces in daycarefacilitiesfor their young childrenand thus make it easier for themto return to work.
