The Company has not granted any loan, advance or guarantee to any of its company officers.

6.2.5 – Compensation policy due in respect of the 2019 financial year and compensation components paid or awarded in respect of the 2018 financial year to company officers, submitted for the approval of shareholders

R 6.2.5.1 COMPENSATION POLICYAPPLICABLE TO COMPANY OFFICERS IN RESPECT OF THE 2019 FINANCIAL YEAR, SUBMITTED FOR THE APPROVAL OF SHAREHOLDERS In accordance with article L. 225-37-2 of the French Commercial Code, the principles and criteria for the determination, apportionment and award of fixed, variable and exceptional components of overall compensation and any benefits attributable to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer for the 2019 financial year, in respect of their terms of office and constituting

the compensation policy applicable to them, are submitted to shareholder approval at the next Shareholders’ General Meeting convened in 2019 to approve the financial statements for the 2018 financial year. The amounts that would result from the implementation of these principles and criteria will be submitted for shareholder approval at the Shareholders’ General Meeting convened in 2020 to approve the financial statements for the 2019 financial year, it being stipulated that payment of variable and exceptional compensation components is conditional on approval by the 2020 Shareholders’ General Meeting.
