Breakdown of recruitment EFPD1e b) The number of new hires in 2020 was down 35% on 2019 at 13,197 people. This level of recruitment has made it possible to reduce the Group’s workforce and adapt it to automotive market conditions. These recruitments made it possible to bolster the skills needed to develop the mobility solutions of the future, and strengthen the capabilities of the Finance division to develop new services and adapt to changes in regulations.
