Highlights in 2022-2023

JANUARY 2022 ■ Development by Nouvelle Attitude, together with the start up horsnormes.co, of an anti-waste activity preparing and delivering fruit and vegetable baskets . MARCH ■ Implementation of the reuse of postman bicycle bags with the signing of a national partnership between La Poste and La Recyclerie Sportive . MAY ■ Partnership with Capillum to develop the first recycling system for cut hair. JULY ■ La Banque Postale accelerates the decarbonisation trajectory of its portfolios , and announces an alignment of 80% of LBPAM’s total outstandings with a decarbonisation target compatible with the objectives of the Paris Agreement by 2030. ■ La Poste Immobilier launches its construction materials reuse program , with the creation of a consortium of inclusive companies. AUGUST ■ The Recy’Clo project, led by intrapreneur employees, gives birth to a new bicycle reconditioning business , integrated into the Nouvelle Attitude subsidiary. SEPTEMBER ■ Organisation of the fifth edition of World Cleanup Day involving 384 employees at 34 sites (more than two metric tonnes of waste were collected). OCTOBER ■ Energy conservation plan (winter energy consumption reduced by 14% compared with the previous winter).

DECEMBER ■ Submission to SBTi of La Poste’s new GHG reduction trajectories (Services-Mail-Parcels, Digital and Corporate). ■ 5 Golden Cubes awards for the 6 th CUBE energy efficiency competition, with 4.2 GWh of energy saved in the real estate portfolio. THROUGHOUT THE YEAR 2022 ■ La Poste, La Banque Postale and GeoPost carried out around 40 donations of IT equipment to associations, local authorities and other structures in the social and solidarity-based economy promoting digital inclusion projects. In 2022, 700 computers, 650 screens and around 100 mobile phones were donated. JANUARY 2023 ■ La Poste Groupe and the French Bird Protection League ( Ligue de protection des oiseaux - LPO) unite to preserve local biodiversity . ■ La Poste Groupe maintains its prestigious CDP List A rating. FEBRUARY ■ Launch of the Prêt Avance Rénovation loan by La Banque Postale, to enable low-income households and seniors, who own their main residence, to undertake energy renovation work. ■ GeoPost/DPDgroup’s trajectory for net zero emissions by 2040 approved by the Science Based Targets initiative . MARCH/APRIL/MAY ■ La Poste commits itself to The SeaCleaners , an association fighting for the protection of oceans and rivers and against plastic. ■ La Poste renews its strategic partnership on its GHG policy with WWF France and extends it to the challenges of biodiversity Highlights in 2022.
