Groupe La Poste // CSR REPORT 2022

3 PROMOTING SOCIAL INTEGRATION ■

Ambitions In order to promote social inclusion, La Poste Groupe develops innovative local services for all. Ageing and the movement of populations towards the peripheries lead to phenomena of isolation, or even exclusion. Young people also face difficulties in integrating into society. The group thus supports young people in

their entry into the workforce, and seniors in ageing well at home. It ensures banking accessibility for the most disadvantaged and promotes the inclusion of people excluded from employment. La Poste also implements a philanthropic policy that is consistent with its social commitments.
