LA BANQUE POSTALE As part of its strategic plan for 2030, La Banque Postale reaffirms its ambition to serve a fair transition that addresses environmental, societal, regional and digital challenges. LA POSTE IMMOBILIER La Poste Immobilier, the real estate subsidiary of La Poste Groupe, is supporting La Poste’s transformation and has a dual ambition: to provide an optimised and efficient production tool and to contribute to the balance of the regions. With a real estate portfolio of 9,745 buildings and 6.1 million square metres, comprising highly diverse buildings in terms of characteristics, architecture and use, La Poste’s real estate portfolio represents an important materiality from an environmental standpoint: 950 GWh of energy consumption per year, and an energy bill of around €115 million in 2022. With its long-standing commitment to sustainable real estate, and aware of the need to accelerate its transformation, La Poste Immobilier has integrated all areas of ESG into its strategy. Its commitments cover four areas (environmental impact, social impact, regional impact, integrity and vigilance) and ten commitments. In particular:
Energy and climate
■ By 2030, reduce energy consumption by 20% (kWh / year / square metre) and GHG emissions by 35% (TCO 2 / year / square metre) ■ Implement an ambitious certification policy on 100% of the major construction and restructuring projects
Circular economy
■ By 2030, recover 85% of the non-hazardous construction site waste
