6.2.4 Prevent any form of human rights violations Every year, La Poste Groupe and its subsidiaries assess the risks of serious infringement of human rights and fundamental freedoms related to their activities and those of their suppliers, in accordance with the law on the duty of vigilance .
The employees have access to a dedicated whistleblowing system (2) , to report any breach of human rights and fundamental freedoms observed in the exercise of their duties. A similar alert system (3) has been set up for the employees of suppliers and subcontractors of the group. In the event of a confirmed violation of principles constituting human rights the group immediately takes corrective actions . Disciplinary measures or sanctions may be decided against the employees or business partners in question.
The risk mapping feeds the group vigilance plan and the mechanisms to prevent these risks (1) . The Duty of Vigilance Steering Committee ensures the governance of these processes at group level.
