To improve the management of the non-financial performance of its property portfolio, Gecina has implemented an information system for collecting and consolidating data relating to the building (see 7.3.4 “CSR Reporting”). Moreover, Gecina is developing a management forecasting tool for operational action plans by identifying the gains and associated costs (see 7.2.3 “CSR steering”).
