NUMERICAL BREAKDOWN OF ACTIVE SUPPLIERS ACROSS THE FIVE MAJOR PURCHASING CATEGORIES (MIDDLE CIRCLE) AND BREAKDOWN OF PURCHASING EXPENCES (OUTER RINGS)

7.6.4

SUSTAINABLE RELATIONS WITH

SUPPLIERS As stated in Paragraph 7.1.1 "The business model and its environmental, social and societal impacts", Gecina relies on an important network of suppliers to develop and operate its property portfolio. Gecina is therefore affected, indirectly, by the main environmental, social and societal impacts of its supply chain. Gecina has identified five categories of supplier (see graph below). The suppliers of real estate programs and asset operation and maintenance categories are those on which Gecina may exercise the most significant influence and for which the stakes are the highest (environmental impact of construction sites and construction materials, accidents, management of payment periods).
