By developing and managing its assets, Gecina actively participates in maintaining urban diversity to promote an inclusive city - combining residential usages, workplaces and retail for all - and resource-efficient, by improving environmental performance and limiting emission-producing and constraining travel for the people. By choosing mainly to restructure existing assets rather than construct new buildings, Gecina helps optimize the space and limits urban sprawl and surface development of natural land in the surrounding areas.
