Main actions 2018-2020: earn BiodiverCity © certification for every development; ■ identify properties sensitive to the heat island effect and ■ explore the potential for limiting this through biodiversity (green roofs, walls and façades); encourage tenants to consider species; ■ develop the Eco-jardin label for the property portfolio. ■

GOAL: IMPROVE ACCESSIBILITY TO OUR BUILDINGS BY ALTERNATIVE MODES OF TRANSPORT Office properties accessible by an alternative mode of transport (in % surface area)
Key 2017 achievements: maintained a high level of accessibility by public ■ transport: 95% of property portfolio spaces located less than 400 meters from public transport; 473 recharging stations for electric vehicles (RSEVs); ■ 98% of the common areas of the property portfolio ■ assessed for disabled access. Main actions 2018-2020: carry out the actions set out in the accessibility agenda to ■ make the property portfolio more accessible to persons with disabilities; take further steps and have further discussions with the ■ tenants for the buildings not easily accessed by public transport (five buildings in 2017); specify the extent of actual accessibility by public ■ transportation. Key 2017 achievements: opening of Third Place; ■ easy access to central offices for start-ups and small ■ businesses (buildings awaiting reconstruction); pooling of parking spaces in 37 buildings. ■ Main actions 2018-2020: pool spaces that can be shared (car parks, auditoriums, ■ cafeterias, meeting rooms); systematize the temporary occupation of spaces awaiting ■ reconstruction.
