The scheme provides them with support for a period of three months, involving: three modulable interviews to establish a professional skills analysis, p define the employee’splan and support its implementation; a user-friendly, interactive platform to search for a job, draft a p resumeand preparefor job interviews. For this purpose, the Business Services division has entered into a partnershipwith a company specialized in professional reconversion– AKSIS. Disability The DerichebourgGrouphas drawnup a practicaland ambitiousaction plan aiming to commit the Company wholeheartedlyto a contractual labor policy supporting the professional integration of disabled employees. Measures in the disability plan focus on five priority areas – recruiting, retention in employment,collaborationwith the shelteredemployment sector, personalized support, and training/awareness – with the objectiveof: increasingthe percentageof employmentof disabledworkers; p developing an active and proactive policy of integrating disabled p employees; introducing measures aimed at fostering the retention of disabled p employees as well as supporting employees who become disabled during their workinglife so they can remain in their post;
allowing disabled employees to enjoy the same career opportunities p as other employees; strengthening links with, and outsourcing more services to p disability-friendlycompanies; pursuingan active trainingpolicy. p Specially-trained local liaison workers are responsible for welcoming, integratingand helpingto retain disabledworkers in the Company.

At September 30,2020, the percentageof disabledworkers employed by the Group stood at 6.7%, i.e. above the legal requirement of 6% and representingan increaseon last year (6.2%). The Business Services divisionachieveda rate of 7.5%. The Group’s commitmentwith regard to disability is also reflected in the election of the HR Manager of Derichebourg Multiservices, on September 11, 2018, to the position of Chairwoman of Agefiph (a French fund management association for the professional integration of disabledpersons) for a termof three years.

The 15% increase in the workforceis explainedby the consolidationof new foreign subsidiaries, notably Grupo NET and Lyrsa (Derichebourg España) in Spain (with more than 5,600 employees)into the Group's reportingscope. The Business Services division accounts for 88% of the Group's workforce. These are service provision businesses with a strong requirement for labor, while the Environmental Services Recycling business makes greater use of sorting and processingequipment than personnel. The Business Services headcount includes temporaryemployeesplaced with the customers of the temporary employment subsidiaries. As at
September 30, 2020, 8% of the employees of Business Services companieswere temporaryworkers.
