Safety coordinators are responsible for implementing risk prevention programs for each subsidiary. The Company's health and safety culture is expressed through talks, communications and safety meetings at all subsidiaries, which all employeescan get involved in. The Group'sgeneralmanagementteam is committedto Health and Safety at the highest level. This is reflected by all Management Committees and enables the sharing of different healthand safety experiences. Since June 2019, five e-learning modules have been created and are used in the prevention of workplace accidents, musculo-skeletal disorders and falls, the taking care of workers, and appropriate behavior when faced with dangerous situations. This training was attendedby 1,062 personsduring the 2019-2020fiscal year. A digital alert tool for accidentsor incidents is now up and running for the Recyclingbusiness in France and Belgium.The same systemis being rolled out in the Collectionbusiness, and will be deployed in Germany, Italy and Spain (with the aim of a launch by 2022 at the latest). The tool enables incidents to be communicatedand taken into account at the highest levels of the Company,and promotesfeedback. The MIQSE (IntegratedQuality, Safety and EnvironmentManagement) tool was tested in July 2020by the DerichebourgPropretésubsidiaryof the Multiservicesdivision in order to alert those concernedin the event of an accident and analyze the causes of accidents in order to implement corrective actions and boost prevention. This tool will be rolled out to the other Multiservices subsidiaries and is intended to cover other areas of QSE (preventionplan, single document,etc.).

These targets can be achieved through the implementation of significantresources: capitalization on feedback through the communication and p digitalizationof information on workplace accidents and incidents, in order to act faster and make the data more reliable; involvementof players to instill a safety culture sharedby all: p set up a national and internationalnetworkof safety contacts, ● training from arrival at a work station and throughout the ● professionalcareer, coordinatesafety by installingcommunicationtools; ● the Group's requirementsappliedto partners: p prevent risks and measure accident rates of our temporary ● workers, train teams in preparingpreventionplans, ● favor partnersthat share our workplacehealthand safety values; ●
