Dividends 6.3

Dividend distribution policy Without being interpreted as an ongoing commitment, it is Group practice to distribute around 30% of consolidated net profit (loss) in the form of dividends. This figure is performance-related and subject to assessment of self-financing requirements.

The Board of Directors meeting of December 7, 2021 proposed to the General Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2021 to distribute a total dividend of €51,007,196.48, i.e. , €0.32 per share. This dividend payment represents 29.3% of the income for the 2020-2021 fiscal year. Based on the stock market price on November 30, 2021, this represents a dividend yield of 3.5%.
