The tables below show the trend in revenue and recurring Ebitda for the Multiservices business:

The contribution of the Multiservices business to the Group’s revenue was up by 4.2% over the fiscal year, and stood at a record level of €871.5 million. Recurring Ebitda is up by 17%, and stands at €51.4 million, representing 5.9% of revenue, the best ratio to date.

Also in Solutions for the Services sector, the Energy business saw its revenue increase by 10%. Recurring Ebitda for Solutions for the Services sector increased by 6% to €38.9 million. It represents 6.2% of revenue. Recurring Ebitda was penalized by: the loss of a subsidiary acquired in 2019 active in electrical works (around €2 million); the loss of a Cleaning subsidiary in Spain, following accounting re-estimates (around €3 million).

Over the past fiscal year, the Multiservices businesses experienced different trends: Solutions for the Services sector: the Cleaning businesses continued to see their revenue increase (France: up 12%, Spain, up 22% – Portugal: up 7%), thanks to organic growth in the portfolio of recurring contracts, but also thanks to additional services during the pandemic, particularly in the first half of the year, such as cleaning services help to provide a safe working environment for occupants of customer sites.
