BEING A RESPONSIBLE GROUP IN ITS INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PRACTICES

BREAKDOWN OF PERMANENT STAFF TRAINED, BY AREA OF TRAINING

Constantly adapting to new regulatory requirements: – Since 2018, the companies of the Group have made considerable investments to comply in full with increasing regulatory requirements. In 2020, they supplemented their system with training to support the Group’s code of ethics. Putting customer satisfaction first: • The service-minded approach involves adopting attitudes that are aligned with our customer segmentation. In addition to the reference framework for corporate client markets, delivered under the HR Lab program, an “Excellence in customer relations” program has begun to be rolled out in Group companies. Enabling employees to co-write their career paths: • The Group continues to invest in providing its employees opportunities to self-train at their own pace and according to their personal needs. Mobile Learning solutions offer short training sessions available on all devices (videos, quizzes, etc.). This format has been chosen by the Group to enhance its employees’ digital acculturation with B’digit. In 2019, the Group laid the foundations for a self-learning organizational model by rolling out a solution to enable all employees to share their knowledge, experience and practical advice with their peers by posting short video explanations, for example. The Group also set up a process to generalize Workplace Training Initiatives (AFEST program) as required in the French Future Career Planning Act of September 6, 2018. This way of learning delivers excellent results. It is fully aligned with participants’ requirements, does not disrupt the unit’s operations and therefore helps improve customer satisfaction. Investment banking activity: • In 2019, Natixis launched the concept of Learning Days open to all employeesworldwide. Ten days of events in September to promote the learning culture across the company, teams and employees. The Learning Days program combines “inspirational” conferences, workshops for discussion and practice, challenges, experiments and demonstrations as well as numerous testimonials. Two editions have already taken place: “We love Learning” in 2019 face-to-face and “Digital Video – BEST OF” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7MxJVY7 _5E&feature=youtu.be; “Unlock your potential, we all have something to share” in – 2020, as a fully digital teaser: https://www.youtube.com/ watch?v=Eb62YzMNEPw&feature=youtu.be. The opportunity to test and deploy many innovative learning formats such as virtual classrooms, podcasts, mobile learning, or the radio format. Two projects that were a resounding success with nearly 5,000 participating in the different formats, a satisfaction rate of 90% overall, and an operation conducted mainly internally by the Learning & Development teams.
