The Ethics Division works closely with the Legal and Insurance Division to establish the level of compliance of international subsidiaries. In line with the ISO 26000 standard, which covers the main themes of the law, an initial inventory carried out made it possible to identify, for AIG and the main entities of TAV Airports, the local regulations, the risks detected and the actions already taken relating to the following areas: ◆ fundamental principles and labour rights: social dialogue, forced labour, child labour and discrimination; ◆ working conditions and relations: employer/employee relations, working conditions and social protection, workplace health
