TRAJECTORY TOWARD NET-ZERO EMISSIONS BY 2028 ❙

Our primary goal over the next ten years is to constantly optimise our resource consumption, continuously reduce our greenhouse gas emissions and offset any unavoided emissions by investing in carbon capture projects in accordance with the UN’s Climate Neutral Now programme so as to achieve net-zero emissions aligned with a 1.5°C trajectory, with the following milestones: By end-2022: achieve net-zero emissions from our direct activities p (offices, data centres and business travel); By end-2025: add indirect activities to those covered by our p net-zero emissions pledge (waste, commuting and homeworking, and energy not included in the Scopes 1 and 2); By end-2028: include the whole of the value chain in the net-zero p emissions programme by adding purchases of goods and services.
