Statement of Non-Financial Performance

„ We have assessed the consistency of the outcomes and the key performance indicators adopted regarding the principal risks and policies presented. „ We veri fi ed that the Statement includes a clear, reasoned explanation for the absence of a policy toward one or more of these risks. „ We veri fi ed that the Statement covers the basis of consolidation, i.e. all of the companies included in the basis of consolidation in accordance with Article c L.233-16, within the limits given in the Statement. „ We appraised the information-gathering process used by the entity in terms of the thoroughness and accuracy of the Information. „ With regard to key performance indicators and other quantitative outcomes c (1) that we considered the most important, we undertook: „ analytical reviews verifying that the data collected was consolidated correctly and that its changes over time were internally consistent; „ detailed spot checks to test that the de fi nitions and guidelines were applied correctly and to compare the data with the underlying documents. This work was carried out at a selection of contributing entities c (2) and covered between 7% and 59% of the consolidated data for the key performance indicators and outcomes chosen for these tests. „ We examined the documentary sources and conducted interviews to corroborate the qualitative information (actions and outcomes) that we considered the most important c (3) . „ We assessed the consistency of the entire Statement in light of our knowledge of the Company. It is our view that the work we performed based on our professional judgment enables us to express a conclusion of moderate assurance. A higher level of assurance would have required a more extensive review. Means and resources Our work involved the e ff orts and abilities of fi ve individuals between October c 2019 and December c 2019. To help us in our work, we called on our experts in corporate social responsibility. We conducted some ten interviews with the persons responsible for preparing the Statement. Conclusion Based on our review, we did not identify any material misstatement that would suggest that the statement of non- fi nancial performance is not in accordance with the pertinent regulations or that the Information, taken as whole, is not presented fairly and in keeping with the Guidelines. Comment Without prejudice to the foregoing conclusion and in accordance with Article c A.225-3 of the French Commercial Code, we would make the following comment: the scope covered by the policies could be clari fi ed, spelling out how they are implemented within the Group.
