6.7.2 Remuneration of executive corporate o ffi cers

6.7.2.1 Fixed, variable and exceptional elements comprising the total remuneration and bene fi ts of Ƥ any kind that may be awarded to executive corporate o ffi cers for the 2018/2019 fi scal Ƥ year

By adopting resolution seven, the Annual General Meeting of February c 7, 2019, approved the principles and criteria for setting, allocating and awarding the fi xed, variable and exceptional elements comprising the total remuneration and bene fi ts of any kind that may be awarded to executive corporate o ffi cers for the 2018/2019 fi scal year.

In accordance with the provisions of Article c L.225-100 II of the French Commercial Code, the Annual General Meeting is invited to rule on the fi xed, variable and exceptional elements comprising the total remuneration and bene fi ts of any kind that may be awarded to the corporate o ffi cers for the 2018/2019 fi scal year, which are as follows:
