FIELDS OF EXPERTISE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AS OF THE DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THIS UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENT The numerous changes to the composition of the Board of Directors in 2019 were undertaken with the mindset to create a skillful, complementary and committed Board. The additional changes which occurred in 2020, especially in the composition of the committees, are designed to achieve the same objective. The Board of Directors is confident in the complementarity of the Board Members’ expertise, and the right balance between the different skills and the level of experience of the Board Members, which demonstrates the Board’s ability to address key issues and to support the Company’s strategy.

The involvement of the Board Members in the Board’s activity (see in paragraph 4.1.2.3 below the individual Board meeting attendance rates) is also an indication of the effective functioning of the Board. The biographies of the members of the Board of Directors are detailed in paragraph 4.1.1.3 below.
