Beyond the global risk factors of the Group’s businesses presented in section 3.1, and regarding the implementation of Articles L. 225-102-1 and L. 225-102-4 of the French Commercial Code, the Group has identified 6 macro risks resulting in 22 CSR issues. Policies and results regarding these issues are detailed throughout this Chapter. The global organization and performance of our supply chain with multiple contributors require strong and consistent attention while national legislations related to human rights are increasing

Climate change requires improvement of efficiency at every step of the life cycle of our products and services.

Circular economy
Depletion of raw material and of water resources creates a risk for both our business and the communities in which we operate. Resources must be saved or reused or recycled. In an internationalized and competitive business environment with increasing business ethics requirements, any non-compliance generates major risks Physical safety of end customers is vital to sustainable relationships with our customers. Intellectual Property rights of our customers are critical assets and must be highly protected in content production and in physical and digital content distribution Fairness of practices Safety of customers and protection of customers’ content
