(k) The investment in associate LCH S.A. became effective on 29 December 2017, following the finalisation of regulatory approvals. (l) LiquidShare S.A. was incorporated on 10 July 2017 and was setup as a joint venture arrangement together with six other founders. (m) The disposal of the interest in LCH group became effective on 29 December 2017, following the finalisation of regulatory approvals. (n) On 2 March 2017, the Group acquired a 7.59% in joint venture partner Algomi Ltd., which was increased to 7.74% on 17 November 2017.
