The portion of his fixed compensation relating to his duties as Chief Executive Officer of the Company represented two-thirds of the total fixed compensation provided for by his employment contract with Atos International SAS, a subsidiary of Atos SE. Until February 1, 2019, this portion was reinvoiced in full by Atos International SAS, a subsidiary of Atos SE to the Company and is shown in the table above. Payment of compensatory allowance for the loss of accrued annual leave for 2019 and previous years due to the end of his 2 employment contract with Atos International SAS. This amount is considered to fully relate to the end of his employment with Atos International SAS, a subsidiary of Atos SE. The payment of the variable first half and second half of the year concerned.
