After a further investor process, he merged BS PAYONE with Ingenico Payment Services GmbH and formed PAYONE a joint venture between Ingenico and DSV (Deutscher Sparkassenverlag), market leader in the DACH region. As CEO PAYONE he was member of the Ingenico Executive Committee.
