The non-controlling interests and associates at the end of December 2019 was € 26.8 million compared to € 38.9 million in 2018 and represented 36.4% of the net result of

equensWorldline for the 9 first months of the year 2019, before exercise of Worldline call option to acquire the 36.4% minority stake and take full ownership of equensWorldline.

The normalized net income is defined as net income excluding unusual and infrequent items (Group share), net of tax. For 2019, the amount was € 300.5 million.
