Long-Term Incentive Plan – LTIP 2020 Upon recommendation of the Remunerations Committee, the Board of Directors, making use of the authorization given by the Shareholders’ Meeting of June 30, 2020 in its 25 th resolution, granted Performance Shares and Restricted Shares. Restricted Shares are submitted to all the terms and the conditions of the LTIP 2020 plan rules, except to the performance conditions which apply only to Performance Shares. The Chief Executive Officer and the members of the Executive Committee are entitled to receive only Performance Shares. The table below summarizes the characteristics of these grants.
