As of December 31, 2021, the total outstanding shares under the plans amounted to 5,800,019 shares, to the benefit of 253 beneficiaries. If all the shares under the Plans mentioned above were acquired, Technicolor’s share capital would be composed of 241,624,574 ordinary shares, i.e. a 2.46% increase in the number of shares from December 31, 2021. In accordance with Article L. 225-184 of the French Commercial Code, it is noted that 9,800 shares were acquired in 2021 under those plans.
